Lost Labs - Immersive Brand Experiences

Lost Labs is our immersive experience studio, a strategic and creative partner to visionary brands looking to rethink thought leadership and design breakthroughs. We transform internal expertise and innovation into compelling narratives, creative IP, and culture-shaping campaigns. By blending brand strategy, storytelling and spectacle, we unlock knowledge as a driver of reputation, relationships, and revenue.

Together, Lost Lectures and Lost Labs form a unique ecosystem, where strategy and story converge.

With experience designing immersive brand moments and concepts for premium names including Selfridges, HSBC, McLaren and Johnnie Walker, Lost Labs was recently appointed as lead creative agency to launch Coloplast LUJA in the UK, a breakthrough in continence care. We created a multi-zone immersive experience that brought LUJA’s micro-hole technology to life through bold storytelling, sensory design, and spatial theatre.

150 healthcare professionals were guided through a choreographed journey featuring holograms, kinetic artworks, and large-scale projections across patient, lab and product zones, with dedicated reflective areas designed to deepen emotional engagement and human connection.

For the patient area, we designed a projection wall where three individuals shared deeply personal stories of living with catheterisation. Their stories, delivered via a video wall and three-channel headphone system created an impactful experience that allowed delegates to connect emotionally in a shared moment of empathy and reflection.

We welcomed the Coloplast lab team from Copenhagen who showcased glass bladder demo and sediment demos, showing complete emptying.

We created a miniature museum and presented a hologram of Mr. Goddard, a leading urologist who spoke about the history of catheterisation.

The centrepiece of the experience was a kinetic artwork, while the soundscape was an Ai generated infinite composition that used recordings from inside LUJA as water passed through it.

The results spoke for themselves; the event led to 600+ patients being enrolled in the product evaluation and over 1000 new patients using the new technology within it’s first quarter of launch.
